trilogy healing center is an out-of-network provider.
payment is due at time of service. a detailed receipt, called a superbill,
will be provided so you can request reimbursement from your insurance company.
prior to your first session, please check with your insurance company to inquire:
- if they offer reimbursement for associate-level mental health therapists
- what their reimbursement rate is
- how to submit a superbill for reimbursement
